Shanae Ullman, MPS, is a Senior UX Designer at The Boeing Company. Over the past 12 years she has built engaging user experiences for global corporate high-tech companies, academia, non-profit organizations and small businesses. She has also taught classes in UX/UI at Northeastern University, Maryville University, and Fisher College. She has previously worked in UX and IT at a variety of software companies in the Boston area including Red Hat, IBM, Kronos, The MathWorks and Akamai. Her background is in user research, user experience design, WordPress design and development, and cloud applications. She has partnered with non-profit organizations such as NSBE, GIQUE, and Big Sisters to increase awareness of design careers to underrepresented groups of girls and people of color. Her interests include leadership, entrepreneurship, cooking, running, and travel.
